JumpstartKPI meets Van Marcke

Van Marcke is a very well known Belgian wholesailer of sanitary, water treatment, heating, ventilation and airconditioning products.

Van Marcke distributes its products all across Europe and in the US.  

Van Marcke Service is the internal department responsible for the aftercare of the water treatment, and the heating, ventilaton and airconditioning devices.

Beginning of 2023, Van Marcke Service and JumpstartKPI joined forces for the implementation of JumpstartKPI's Service Management dashboard.

For more than 18 months already, Van Marcke Service has been using the dashboard on a daily basis to improve its activities and for its reporting.
