Van Marcke, a Belgian wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, and renewable energy solutions, was implementing SAP’s S/4 Hana solution.
During this large ERP implementation the reporting focus was on Sales and Finance, which is why the Service department of Van Marcke knew it would have to wait for at least two more years to get their Service Management Reporting completed and they would have no reporting at moment of SAP go-live.
In addition, the Van Marcke Service department encountered the typical reporting problems:
